Toma‘s Residence is a small apartment complex located on the sunny southern beach "Nestinarka" in Tsarevo. The hotel has a reception, a small outdoor pool with children's section, with umbrellas and sunbeds around it, a restaurant, pool bar, animation for children and a children's playground in the garden. Here guests can enjoy the most beautiful view of the bay in a calm and cozy atmosphere, away from the noise.

The location of the complex on the beach makes it an extremely convenient place for families with young children, short and long vacations, team building and weddings.

The complex has two-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom apartments, studios and double rooms located on four floors. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished according to the needs of the guests. The studios and apartments have a kitchenette, a dining table, sofa beds, a private bathroom and a furnished terrace.

For its guests Toma‘s Residence Hotel provides the opportunity to organize excursions and leisure activities - boating, tennis, safari in Strandzha Mountain, horseback riding, fishing, extreme ATV (buggy) sports, surf school for adults and children, diving and beach attractions.

The advantage of our hotel in this Covid situation is that it is on the first line, only on 4 floors and with a total of 45 rooms, ie. our guests do not meet crowds of people as in the big complexes, and Toma’s Residence is far from other sites, which means - a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

Payment conditions: The value of one night (of the total reservation cost) should be paid up to 10 days after the booking was made.

Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation 15 days before check-in date. In case of cancellation after the specified dates or in case of no show, there is a penalty amounting to the cost of 1 night.
